El Centro Police arrested a 41-year-old man for grand theft mower.

Officers were notified that a lawn mower had been stolen from an El Centro residence and that a tracking device on the mower said the lawn equipment was at an Adams Avenue Motel. Investigating officers located the mower in one of the motel rooms. The resident of the room was arrested for Grand Theft and various drug charges as well as two outstanding warrants. He was booked into Imperial County Jail.
