It is being celebrated at the Smartest Place On Earth, the Camarena Memorial Library. It is for kids 0-12 years of age, and will offer arts and crafts, games, a free book and lots of fun. You can even dress up as your favorite Disney character. To participate, you must register online. You can register right up until the event starts. Just go to calexicolibrary.org
