(Suspect identified in shooting incident)... The incident occurred in Winterhaven Monday night.

Imperial County Sheriff's office says the shots hit a moving vehicle, but no one in the vehicle was hit. The suspect fled the scene. The suspect has been identified as 18 year old Noah Michael Fierro, a resident of Winterhaven. Yuma Police say the suspect was spotted in Yuma, but he remains on the loose. He is described as a Hispanic male, five feet 11 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.. He is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with any information on the suspect is asked to contact investigators at the Imperial County Sheriff's Office.
