(Fire reported near Winterhaven)...It is being described as a large fire.

Not much information is available. Yuma Fire has responded , along with several other departments. County fire says it is believed to have started as a structure fire on Foster Road and spread., possibly to another house. It was originally reported at around 11 am. One report is that evacuations were ordered, but that has not been confirmed. Imperial County Fire Chief Estrada said more information would be made available as soon as they could provide it. The California Highway Patrol is providing traffic control in the area.
