Before they do that, they want to hear what the residents think. The City wants to make it easier for Food Trucks to operate within City Limits without impeding traffic or causing other issues. They are looking for the public's input on the proposed changes. They are conducting a survey in English and spanish. The survey can be found on the City of El Centrro website
