Even bringing in Cascarones, or confetti filled egg shells could be a problem. Ideally, 12 per passenger are allowed. But they must be free of any egg residue., clean and dry.. Newcastle Disease is a highly contagious fatal viral disease that affects a substantial number of bird species.
