(California Highway Patrol toy drive is underway)....It is the CHIPs For Kids Toy Drive.

They are asking the public to provide a new, unwrapped toy before December 15, and make a difference in a child's life. The drop-off sites are at the El Centro CHP area office on Highway 86 and at Walgreens in El Centro. Again, the deadline is December 15.
