(Skeletal Remains found near Desert Shores)....The remains were found December 3rd.

They were found by a group of hikers in the Santa rosa Mountains about a mile and a half West of Desert Shores. It has been determine the remains are those of a Poway man in his 50's. The man has been missing for about 2 years. Officials say no foul play is suspected in the death, but they are not releasing a cause of death right now. The family of the man have been notified. A forensic Pathologist and forensic anthropologist are conducting an autopsy this week to ensure nothing is missed.
