A tortoise has gone missing.

El Centro police received a report that an African Spur Thighed Tortoise escaped from a local home. The tortoise is reported to be 21 years old, tan and brown in color and weighs approximately 70 pounds. The owners of the tortoise are asking for help in locating the wandering animal.
