(Fire Chief to ask Supervisors to approve an agreement)…The agreement is with Seismic Warning Systems Incorporated.
Chief Tony Rouhotas says the agreement is for no more than $250,000. The Chief says the agreement is to provide earthquake warning system and notification services. Also at the Tuesday Board of Supervisors meeting, Sheriff Ray Loera will ask for a resolution authorizing the application for grant funds from the California Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways and Boating and Safety Enforcement Financial Air Program agreement. A routine Public Hearing will be held to closeout and accept several Community and Economic Development projects. The Supervisors convene their weekly meeting Tuesday at 8:30 am in the Board Chambers at the Administration Center on Main Street in El Centro.
