(Morning Air Pollution)…It was mostly on the border.
Air Pollution Control District issued Air Quality Alerts over the weekend, including early Monday morning. They reported very high levels of PM 2.5 in Mexicali and in Calexico. Air Quality over the weekend was reported between Unhealthy and Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups. By Mid-morning Monday the levels of the finite Particulate Matter lowered somewhat. Air Quality was listed as moderate in Calexico and Mexicali. Air Quality has been Good everywhere else.
