The California Highway Patrol is investigating an early Saturday morning crash.
Initial reports indicate that a tractor-trailer rig went off the roadway on westbound Interstate 8 at the Devils Canyon bridge on Mt. Springs grade. The driver was able to climb out of the wreckage with minor injuries. The accident was first reported shortly after 4:30 a.m. Saturday.
