(Mislabeled burritos recalled)….Culinary International, LLC made the announcement.
They said they are recalling about 626 pounds of egg burrito products labeled as chicken burrito products. The US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Services say the recall is due to mislabeling and undeclared allergens. The products contain eggs, a known allergen, which was not declared on the product label. The items were produced on September 10, 2019. The 6 ounce packages contain Cilantro Lime Chicken Burrito labels and are marked Best By 3 March 2021 on the label. The problem was discovered through customer complaints. There have been no reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of the product.
