(California Youth Reinvestment Grant)...It will be presented Thursday.
At 11:00 Thursday morning Assemblyman Eduardo Garcia, the Imperial County Probation Department, and Rite Track Youth Services will celebrate at $830,000 Califortnia Youth Reinvestment Grant. The Assemblyman will presenrt a check for the grant funds at a ceremony being held at the Imperial County Probation Department on Applestill Road. Dan Prince, Chief Probation Officer, Fernando Jimenez, Juvenile Probation Division Manager, and Marisol Medina, Program Manager for Rite Track Youth Services will be on hand to accept the grant. Applications for the next round of grand funding are currently being accepted. The deadline is Friday, February 14th, 2020.
