The Groundbreaking Ceremony will be held Thursday. The public is encouraged to attend. The County facility will serve as a Sheriff’s Substation, as well as a County Fire substation. It will be located at 8071 Luxor Avenue in Niland. The Ceremony will begin at 10:00 am Thursday.
