(First Graduation from the Face To Face College Program)…The ceremony will be held Wednesday.
30 inmates will receive their education degrees at Centinela State Prison. Students will be graduating with their Associates of Arts degrees in Psychology from Imperial Valley College. The event marks the first graduation for IVC live classes held on institution grounds. All courses were completed in a face to face format and are transferable to a 4 year degree program. The graduates, their families and prison staff will attend the ceremony. The Guest Speaker will be Dr. Martha Garcia, Superintendent/President of Imperial Valley College.
