(43 year old arrested at the Andrade Port)…The man drove his Ford pick-up to the Port Tuesday morning.
The vehicle was referred to the secondary inspection area. During the search, a narcotics detection dog alerted to the spare tire. It was searched and Customs and Border Protection officers discovered over 40 pounds of Methamphetamine. The meth was concealed in 17 individually wrapped packages. The driver of the vehicle was arrested and turned over to Homeland Security Investigations agents. They processed the man and booked him into County Jail.
