The County Sheriff’s Office posted the information on Social Media. They are looking for 45 year old David Garcia Tovar. He is wanted for attempted rape of a minor. He is described as 6 feet one, 186 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with any information should contact the Imperial County Sheriff’s office.
