(Santo Tomas Swap Meet is no more)…Officials recently decided to close the establishment.
They said it was too expensive to bring the swap meet into compliance with city codes. The Swap meet had been operating in Calexico for more than 50 years. It housed over 300 vendors at the time of its closing.
