A pavement preservation project is scheduled for State Route 98 in Imperial County.
SB 1 funds have been allocated to improve 11.2 lane miles of the highway from SR-7 to west of the East Highline Canal Bridge near Holtville. The project , with a estimated cost of $9.6 million , will receive nearly $800,000 from the California Transportation Commission program.
