(No fireworks in Calipatria)…At least not funded by the city.
The City Council this week that the City did not have the funds for a Fourth of July Fireworks show and they could not find a pyrotechnician. A Licensed pyrotechnician is needed for any fireworks show. At last report members of a couple service clubs were meeting to try and work out a plan for this year’s Independence Day Celebrations. Calipatria Has held a 4th of July celebration at Radamacker Park for many years.
