(MANA Scholarships)…It is an annual event.
The MANA de Imperial Valley Scholarship Awards Reception will be Thursday evening. This year they will award $14,000 in Scholarships to 26 local students. Scholarships will be awarded to 24 high school seniors, one to an IVC Nursing student and 1 to an IVC EOPS/Transfer student. The awards reception Thursday will be held in the Imperial Irrigation District Condit Auditorium beginning at 6:00 pm. The Keynote speaker will be Carmen Bravo, MSN, an instructor at Imperial Valley College. Also attending will be MANA President Martha Singh, the Scholarship recipients and the MANA Board of Directors
