(Health Education for Older Adults)…It is presented by Imperial Valley College and the Calexico Recreation Department.
The classes are free, and will run from June 17th through July 25th. They will be held at the Carmen Durazo Cultural Arts Center on Heffernan Avenue in Calexico, Monday through Thursday. The classes will teach exercises, nutrition, dance, balance, flexibility, strength and cardio. For information contact the Calexico Recreation Department.
