(Holtville City Council complete)…Holtville Mayor resigned recently.
David Bradshaw left the council after he announced he was moving out of the city. The remaining council voted 4-0 to appoint Mike Pacheco to fill the vacant seat. Pacheco is a Holtville native and former city planning commissioner. Following his appointment, Pacheco participated in the vote to name Mayor Pro-tem Ginger Ward to serve as Mayor and name Council Member James Predmore as Mayor Pro-Tem. Pacheco will serve out the remainder of Bradshaw’s term, which ends in December 2020.
