(Industrial Hemp Registration regulations)….They have been adjusted.
The California Department of Food and Agriculture made amendments to the regulations following feedback from the Office of Administrative Law. The amendments are available for review at the CDFA website. Public comments are currently being solicited. Written comments must be received by the CDFA by 5:00 pm April 14th. The CDFA will draft the comments and resubmit the proposed regulations to the OAL. The Office of Administrative Law will then have 30 days to review the revised rulemaking package.
