(New Program at SDSU/IV)….In begins in the Fall.

San Diego State University/Imperial Valley will offer a full-time, four year criminal justice degree program. Students who have already met the application deadline and other requirements for admission to SDSU with a declared criminal justice major will be eligible to enroll in the new four-year degree program. While criminal justice is one of the most popular programs offered at SDSU/IV, it has been available only for transfer students or those enrolled through the Imperial Valley University Program, which allows students to attend part of their course at Imperial Valley College and the local SDSU campus at the same time. Both Dean Ponce and SDSU President Adela De La Torre strongly support the concept of adding four-year degree programs at the Imperial Valley Campus.
