(A local legend in education has passed on)…Richard “Dick” Fragale died Wednesday night at his home in Yuma, Arizona.
Mr. Fragale served as an educator for over 50 years. He began his long career in Pennsylvania. Coming to California, Mr. Fragale worked at Avenal, Gonzalez, Brawley, Trona, El Centro, Calexico and briefly at Imperial Valley College. Mr. Fragale was just 2 weeks short of his 82nd birthday. He was preceded in death by his wife Norma Saikhon. Services have not been announced.
