(Assemblyman pleased with State of the State Address)…It was delivered by Governor Gavin Newsome this week.
Assemblyman Eduardo Garcia was impressed by the new Governors speech and vision for the state. Garcia said he was supportive of the Governor’s decision to re-deploy the National Guard away from the border, the appointment of Joaquin Esquivel of Coachella Valley as the new Chair to the State Water Resources Board and his commitment to finding a sustainable solution to meet all of the state water needs. The Assemblyman said he looked forward to working with the new Governor, his administration, as well as his colleagues from both sides of the aisle.
