(37 year old woman arrested)….She is accused of trying to smuggle narcotics into a prison.
Latasha Jones of Compton was taken into custody Sunday. Jones was at the Centenela State Prison when she was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into County Jail and also charged with bringing alcohol or drugs into a state facility. Jones posted $25,000 bail and was released from custody.
