(24 year old arrested for possession of Child Porn)…The Mexican Citizen was arrested at the Downtown Calexico Port of Entry.
The man entered the Port as a pedestrian. Customs and Border Protection says the man presented a B1/B2 visa, and he requested a permit. He was sent to the permit processing area. The CBP officer requested more information regarding the man’s travel arrangements. The man told the officer that the info was located on his phone. He gave the officer his phone so he could view a screenshot of the information. While handling the phone, the officer observed what appeared to be a photo of a naked minor. Officers secured the man and escorted him into a secure area for further inspection. Further review of the phone content revealed numerous videos and images of minors engaging in sexual acts. The man was arrested and turned over to Homeland Security agents for further processing.
