(County Fire update)…The fire is in Napa and Yolo Counties.
An Imperial County Strike Team is among 3,831 firefighters combating the blaze. The fire was first reported in the afternoon on June 30th. According to the report issued Friday morning, the fire has burned 88,375 acres. Officials say it is now 37 percent contained. Mandatory evacuations are in effect and several roads are closed. The fire has destroyed 9 structures, but no injuries have been reported. The cause of the fire has not been determined.
