(Single vehicle collision)…It was reported at 7:15 Monday morning.
The California Highway Patrol arrived on the scene on Dogwood Road, just south of Fawcett Road, to find a vehicle on its roof. The driver was still inside the vehicle. The driver was extracted from the vehicle and transported to El Centro Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. Witnesses told the CHP they saw the vehicle swerving in the roadway before it rolled. The incident is under investigation.
