(Economic Injury Disaster Loans available)…They are for California Small Businesses.
The Small Business Administration says small, non farm businesses in three California Counties and neighboring counties in Arizona are now eligible to apply for low-interest federal disaster loans from the US Small Business Administration. The Primary County is Imperial County, with the neighboring counties of San Diego and Riverside, and La Paz and Yuma Counties in Arizona. The SBA says these loans offset economic losses because of reduced revenues caused by the drought declared on February 11 of this year. SBA eligibility covers both the economic impacts on businesses dependent on farmers and ranchers that have suffered agricultural production losses caused by the drought and businesses directly impacted by the disaster.
