(Norma Saikhon passes away)…The 79 year old long time public servant passed Wednesday morning in Yuma.
She had been suffering an undisclosed illness. Saikhon served on the Brawley City Council, serving a term as Mayor, before being elected County Public Administrator and director of the Area Agency on Aging. In July last year she left her county position and moved to Yuma, Arizona with her husband Richard Fragale. Funeral services have been tentatively scheduled for May 11th in Brawley. Norma Saikhon was 79.
