(A single vehicle collision)…It was reported Friday afternoon.
The California Highway Patrol and El Centro Police responded. An SUV collided with a tree at 8th and Palm View in El Centro. The incident remains under investigation. The driver of the vehicle was flown to Desert Regional Medical Center with injuries to his legs and face. The blue 1995 Ford Escort suffered moderate front-end damage.
