In January the Imperial City Council approved an ordinance allowing for one medical cannabis facility within the Imperial city limits.
The City of Imperial will soon be accepting applications for such a facility. Applications will be accepted at the Imperial Community Development Department beginning March 5 , 2018 through May 4, 2018. The applications will be reviewed and scored using guidelines set out in the City's Ordinance.
