(Threat reported at Frank Wright Middle School)….A student had reported they thought they had heard a threat against the school Wednesday.
Immediate action was taken. School officials and the police investigated and determined the threat was not credible. School officials say emails were sent to parents, informing them the students were safe and in no danger. Some parents say they did not receive any email from the school. Some turned to social media to report the issue. Many of the reports were embellished. The City said such reports are taken very seriously by the Police Department. They said they were glad that this situation had a positive outcome.
