(Cattle Call week)…It is a wrap.
The weeklong celebration ended over the weekend. There were three professional Rodeo Performances Saturday and Sunday. All three drew good-sized crowds. The Annual Parade was held Saturday morning, with spectators lining the entire route. The crowds were described as large. Theme was the events Western History. There were almost 100 entries in this year’s parade. The Queens Trophy went to Imperial Valley College. The Western Spirit Trophy was presented to El Centro Regional Medical Center, and the Sweepstakes Trophy went to Sacred Heart School.
