Rebecca Terrazas Baxter, Intergovernmental Relations Director for the County, says the House Financial Services spending bill includes $275.9 million to complete the second and final phase of the port expansion and reconfiguration project. She says the county will now have to work diligently from now until a budget is passed to ensure that the funding is included in the Senate side and stays in the final omnibus spending bill later this year
